Single QR Code per Order

Current Behavior: The system generates a separate QR code for every single seat.

Desired Behavior: Add an admin setting to toggle between “Per Seat” and “Per Order” generation. If “Per Order” is selected, the single QR code must display a list of all associated seats and their details when scanned.
