Split Payments with Stripe Connect – Just like Adaptive/Chained payments of Paypal Module
Just like Paypal Adaptive payments allow to specify third party receivers by:

we would like that to work for Stripe Connect to for:
Stripe payments
Stripe Subscriptions
Stripe Refunds.

In Norway you cannot get PayPal Payouts activated unless you are running a business with high volume of transactions. This is really a pain since you are stuck with manual commission payout. Please support Stripe. Here is the response from PayPal:
To apply for the Payouts API, you’ll need to:
Have a PayPal Business account
Pass our verification process
Have an acceptable business justification to use the product
Have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) or a PayPal Sales Representative
Once your account has met the above criteria, you can apply for the Payouts API product by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or PayPal Sales Representative.
After this is fullfilled you can apply for the Payout API.

I’m at a loss that this has not materialized. I have been using WC Product Vendors for YEARS. It’s apparently been “in the plans” for over 3 years now. See this comment from someone on wthe WC team: https://woocommerce.com/posts/product-vendors-2-benefits/#comment-2445203

It’s 2019. Why has this not materialized? Why is there no comments on this? Why are we being strung along?
It is so unfortunate that this is not built in, especially since WooCommerce advertises ease of use with Stripe. Our client does not want to have to use multiple payments processors for one site.

Yes, please, we need this! Especially, since Paypal Adaptive Payments is being discontinued.
This is seriously needed in 2018.
We are already in an era dominated by platform based businesses, and this is exactly the need covered by the Stripe Connect API.
It would just make WooCommerce an absolute winner for small and medium platform businesses.
