WooCommerce Subscriptions

Subscriptions’ reports should be refactored to work more like `WC_Admin_Report` and have a method like `WC_Admin_Report::get_order_report_data()` which builds the query from different PHP pieces to make it more extensible by 3rd party code, like multi-currency plugins.
