Support for Secure Pickup Locations

“Porch Piracy” is a problem for sellers and customers alike, so FedEx offers the ability to send packages to secure locations like FedEx centers, Walgreens, etc. It would be great if the WooCommerce plugin supported this functionality, so customers could reduce the risk of stolen packages.

    This feature would be very appreciated by stores that ship alcohol or other packages that require adult signatures as well, so customers don’t have to time being home to receive their packages.

    One add-on to this request is to have the location lookup be aware of the services listed by each pickup location. Some will only accept ground or only express shipments. That info is in FedEx’s location lookup API currently, and knowing that during checkout can prevent customers from sending a package that will not be accepted and consequently returned. Thanks!
