When updating a cart with the new WooCommerce 10.0+ update it will no longer use the correct (wholesale) pricing. It uses the default price.
I believe this is due to the new fragment driven WooCommerce cart system.
I do not have a live link for this as the website currently has to use a hot fix to stay live and functional.
