Customs Fees for WooCommerce

From March 1, 2026, small parcels sent to France must pay a 2 euro import fee (Taxe sur les petits colis) , not per product or per parcel, but per separate HS code in the parcel.

So, for example, if we send a parcel containing five books and a bag of dice, that’s six products but only two different HS codes, so the TPC total will be four euros.

If the tax is not paid in advance, then the customer pays 8 eur per HS code, which clearly is going to be unpopular. So, we need to be able to charge the 2eur per hs code in advance so we can pre-pay it.

In November 2026, it’s planned the TPC fee will be applied to all imports into the EU.

My Woocommerce shop has HS codes for about 11,000 products, all implemented via this plugin.

It would make my day if this plugin could calculate a set tax *per HTS code* in the order, as well as the current tax per product.
