Update Campaign Monitor integration to use client-specific primary contact endpoint

The current integration with Campaign Monitor uses the /primarycontact.json endpoint, which requires a primary account-level API key. This leads to 401 errors when a client-level API key is used, as it lacks the necessary permissions.
