  Would it be possible that the Payment Reminder automatically removes the order after certain days when it was not paid?

  Review request email

  Why the review request in Payment Reminder goes out immediately when the order was completed. It should give time to the customer to test it. Our products need to be tested 2-3 weeks. Nobody would go back to that reminding email,

  cancel order email for recent orders

  I’ve activated the Auto Reminder for Canceled Orders and… disaster! It sent tons of emails to super-old-orders made several years ago. I’d need to setup the amount of day/weeks i want to consider to send the email.
