Have renewal date based on original parent order day of month by default, only use last day of month if original day of month not available
Monthly subs normally renew on same day of month as parent order, except where that date is not available. If the “normal” renewal date does not exist, take payment on last day of the month ongoing. e.g. (simple case) purchase monthly on 5th march, renews on 5th april etc etc. Exception: purchase on 29 Jan […]

Allow global syncing of time of day for subscription renewals
For those of us that ship physical products, having all of the subscriptions for a day print out prior to us showing up for work is pretty essential. Right now, we manually adjust every subscription so that it will renew on whatever day of the month people sign up, but then we adjust the hour […]

add a body class when in switch subscription mode
We think the checkout process for changing subscriptions is super cumbersome*. Something that would make it easier to customize would be adding a body class like “switch-sub” so we could target specific elements, to hide what isn’t relevant. (The class could also be applied to the same line where the product ID is written.) *The […]

Allow Modifications to Subscriptions When Reactivating from Hold Status
Right now, when a subscription is on hold, there are no additional steps allowed/required when reactivating. I would like to provide a coupon code incentive to subscribers on hold to reactivate (e.g. “Reactivate your subscription and take an additional 20% off”) This would require the insertion of a coupon form field in the subscription status […]

Recurring discount that is not a coupon
Would be nice to have the ability to add a recurring discount that is not a coupon code. The discount is applied in the background and will be added to the cart the same way a recurring fee is added. The up side of such a discount is that it doesn’t require generating a coupon […]

Seperate email template for new Customer notes on Subscriptions
Hello, I’d like to have a separate email template for Customer notes on subscriptions. For example, currently the default WC email template uses: Note added to your {site_title} order from {order_date} Which is fine for normal orders. But i’d like to be able to change this for subscriptions. Thanks for your time, Derek

Woo retry renwals routine cannot be stopped once underway, preventing pausing of the subscription and forcing cancellation and resigning
Let me pause a subscription that failed. I can’t. And so if a customer’s payment fails and they’re broke, I either keep trying to take money when they’ve asked me not to, or we have to cancel and remember to get them ti re-subscribe entirely, manually – which makes it look like we don’t have […]
