Message templates must be approved by Meta before use with the WhatsApp API. Approval is usually quick, ranging from a few minutes to a few hours.
In some cases, the review may take up to 24 hours. Make sure your message content complies with WhatsApp Business Policy Guidelines to avoid rejection.
Once approved, the template becomes immediately available in the extension.
Enable this feature in the extension settings and define the waiting period before the message is sent. You can fully customize the message to help recover the sale.
