I have found the support to be very, very limited. They did refund the fees for 5 successful, fraudalent transactions, a gesture I appreciate but I really need support in how to use their Fraud Protection tools to prevent legitimate transactions from being blocked. To stop this happening, no one at PayPal is willing to contact me to provide support.
