It produces high-quality, affordable products that are environmentally friendly. Marey was founded by Puerto Rican entrepreneur Mariano Reyes in 1955. Reyes’ dream was to create sustainable hot water solutions – his innovative designs included force exhaust gas heaters, as well as a point-of-use shower water heater.
He expanded this product line to help people find affordable water heating solutions to fit their needs. Today, his ideas are the foundation that positions Marey as a market leader – not only in Puerto Rico but worldwide.

For this project, Marey partnered with WooCommerce Experts, Absolute Web, for a challenging Magento 1 to WooCommerce migration. In addition to multi-lingual requirements, 360° product views, and custom UX/UI design, a complex legacy ERP integration also needed to be in place for a successful re-launch. Absolute Web was up to the challenge.
