To use WooCommerce Analytics, you must connect your store to our service and authorize us to collect the information about your store that is necessary for us to provide you with the WooCommerce Analytics service. This includes all of your store’s orders, customers, products, categories, variations, and coupons.
For example, in order to provide you with the Order Attribution reports, we collect information regarding your orders, like the attribution source, value, costs, coupon usage, and customer type (new vs returning), and we aggregate this information by channel, source, campaign, and devices in the report.
We only use the data we collect and store from your site to provide you with the WooCommerce Analytics service and to improve our product for you. We do not share this data with any third-party service or product.
In order to sync this data between your store and WooCommerce Analytics we make use of Jetpack Sync, which collects and stores additional information about your site, which you can read about here.
You can read more about how we handle synced data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
