Wish list items stay when added to cart

Change Wish List to a Weekly/Monthly Shopping List for easy find and buy. For ecommerce sites that have reoccuring shoppers (eg grocery items) that purchase on a regular basis, can the wish list be changed to a Shopping list? When they choose to add to cart the item stays there for next time, don’d disappear so they have to search for them again next time they visit. They can delete or modify items in their regular weekly/monthly shopping list but the shop list stays.

    Would be great to also cross-sell on this page with other goods or provide offers. The ability to send them an email when their product is on sale, prompting them to come back to buy.
