Extend Subscription Plugin to Include “Bill Upon Release” Option

Currently, the only options for subscription billing are based on intervals of set time (monthly, yearly etc). Would be great to have an option for subscribing to a set of products (in a singular category for instance) and billing for new products in that category once they are released/published.
