WooCommerce Subscriptions

I would like the option to bulk edit all subscriptions that carry a specific item, to swap out with a new item.
Ex: Switching to a new vendor the only thing that is new is the style number for record keeping, how can i update all subscriptions so I don’t have to go in and manually update each one or cancel and create new ones when everything is staying the same the sku number is changing?
