Add Link to Payment Update in Subscriptions Back End

Currently, in the edit subscription page for an individual user, there is a link that states “Customer change payment method page →” that provides a link that can be sent to customers so they can update their billing information on their own.

I would like to also provide a link where shop owners can update credit card information as well if a customer/client calls them. Currently, they would have to go through the extra step of using a “Switch to User” plugin in order to update billing information, which is very cumbersome and can be easily fixed if there is a link provided for this.
