WooCommerce Memberships

WooCommerce Memberships should allow certain product categories to be excluded from member discounts.

Right now, we can only (1) disable discounts for products individually, or (2) include individual product categories to receive discounts. Neither of these are shop-management friendly because, with the first method, every time a new product is added to the category that we want to exclude from discounts, we have to remember to disable member discounts on it. With the second option, every time we introduce a new ‘standard’ product category that should receive member discounts, we have to remember to add it to the list of categories that receives member discounts.
