WooCommerce Pre-Orders

Would be great to set global charging pre-order option. Looks like “upon_release” is set by default. We are web agency and we’ll take care when creating product. But our clients might not 😉

Maybe we can set it global + optional override setting by product. If not, just add apply_filter on the woocommerce_wp_select into html-product-tab-options.php line 56.
