Add an option to make a subscription for a specific calendar year. In other words, make a year subscription end on December 31st 11:59PM no matter when the “Yearly” subscription was purchased.

Yeah! I want the same thing: a subscription without automatic renewal that ends on December 31st of the current year! For example: I subscribe today: start date: February 18, 2026 // end date: December 31, 2026. The user will have to manually renew their subscription starting January 1, 2027!
