Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce

“Table rate shipping does not allow you to add in the weight of your container/box/envelope. We use the same box for nearly all sales, whether one book or 5. I need to add the weight of the box in order to calculate shipping table weight.
This extension is useless without this.”
