Ensure that WooCommerce Subscriptions is compatible with WooCommerce AvaTax and Events Tickets Plus

WooCommerce Subscriptions is not compatible with Events Tickets Plus when also using WooCommerce AvaTax. Using both of these plugins with WooCommerce Subscriptions causes the renewal price to be incorrectly calculated (only charging for shipping and tax and not the actual product).
