There is a problem with the Fedex Plugin as it does not ping Fedex for additional insurance on onerate!

For now to add special charges like insurance on top of order price we need to use https://woocommerce.com/products/per-product-shipping/ or a 3rd party solutions like http://terrytsang.com/shop/shop/woocommerce-extra-fee-option-pro/
