Sell more bookings by presenting a calendar or schedule of available slots in a page or post.

Show SOLD OUT on bookings that have no availability

There needs to be a option by default to show that a booking has been sold out prior to the date of the event to show customers what is available and what has been fully booked.

Currently when something is fully booked out it just disappears which is not great as it can look like it has been cancelled or removed rather than sold out.
