Create a bundle from a pre-defined set of products

Is it possible to use Bundle Builder for WooCommerce for the following use case:

1) Create 2 or more product groupings/categories
2) Create a bundle/box that allows/forces the shopper to select exactly one item from each of the product groupings/categories

For example, the product groupings are face cleansers, face moisturizers, and face exfoliants. Once on the Custom Bundle page, the customer would have to order 1 cleanser, 1 moisturizer, and 1 exfoliant.
