Currently, when I click on a customer’s name under WooCommerce > Customers, I am redirected to the WordPress user profile. However, I would suggest that clicking on a customer’s name should instead redirect to a dedicated customer page. This customer page could display all of the orders associated with that customer, along with various statistics related to those orders, such as total revenue, average order value (AOV), and most frequently purchased products. This would provide a more convenient and streamlined way to view a customer’s purchasing history and behavior.

Hey! I built a plugin that solves this….tags, order history, totals, etc. More details here: https://lucian-web.dev/woo-customers-insights
Yes, this would be so much more useful than the WordPress user profile, especially for my clients. It would also be helpful if there where some additional settings for each user. For example adding tags or assign a fixed discount to them.
