Product Add-Ons include an alt tag for all img elements. If this is not what you see when using the latest plugin version, please reach out to our support team via: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/.
In your message, you mentioned this path: /wp-content/plugins/product-extras-for-woocommerce/assets/images/remove.png. Note that this path indicates that you are using Product Extras for WooCommerce and not Product Add-Ons. These two are different plugins. If you need help with Product Extras for WooCommerce, please get in touch with the developers of that plugin instead.
