Hi dev team,
As you’re aware, the core WooCommerce plugin has a feature to trigger a resend of key emails to customers manually. The triggers are listed in each order under “Order Actions”, with three options:
– “Resend new order notification”.
– “Email Invoice/order details to customer”, and
– “Regenerate download permissions”.
I have tested the WooCommerce order actions without notifications being triggered and sent by AutomateWoo. Therefore, I suspect this feature might be overlooked or there’s another issue on my end.
User story:
As a WooCommerce store holder using AutomateWoo to handle my customer-facing notifications, I would like to be able to resend/trigger customer notifications manually in the event that emails are missing, the order or customer details are edited, or an error has resulted in an email not being triggered so my customer has been made aware of their order at all stages in the ordering process.
