filter by featured products

Please allow me to filter by featured products. We have hundreds of products that change frequently and we would like to have 20-30 features that we spotlight in a randomizer based on marketing campaigns but it’s so time consuming to scan through next page next page next page to find the stars and turn off older ones. Seems like something that would be easy using the current product filter dropdown or click the star in the header line to bring all features to the top? Thank you for considering this, we would love it.
