WooCommerce Subscriptions

We default all subscriptions to auto-renew = ON. Customers have the ability to turn that off at anytime, however, we don’t know when they have done it. This has caused some confusion with customers losing their subscriptions because they forgot they turned it off. We need a note added to the subscription with the date and time and user who turned the auto renew off. Also please add the note when someone turns it back on.
