I would like to offer discounts on my restaurant delivery service, but I use the plugin “Distance Rate Shipping” for local delivery fee calculation at $1 per driving minute within 23 minutes radius. For example, I want to offer a discount code for free delivery only to those within a 6 minute radius, but have no way of doing that as I can tell
