Add Variation from attribute as a trigger

Would be great to have a "Purchase certain Variable From Attribute X" as a trigger.
Example: Attribute Size – Variations S M L
Segment people who bought only size M and have a variable that would allow us to select the variation M to show recommended products that have M in stock.
