Please can I request that a variable be developed / released that calls from the ‘note to customer’ field?
I use this field when I process the order to let the customer know their expiry date. But I also would like to call from it in the automated emails I have set up via AutomateWoo to remind them of their expiry date later on.
At present, the work around is to also enter the expiry date in the ‘customer provided note’ field and call from this in the automated email.
However, this requires the double entry of data, which is never wise or efficient, so I would super grateful if a variable for ‘note to customer’ was released / developed.
