Manage phone orders and take phone payments within the order dashboard.
The product add-ons cannot be added
When taking a manual order, the product add-ons (options with additional price) cannot be added to the cart.

Assuming you are using WooCommerce Product Add-ons, this was a limitation of that extension, in that it didn’t include the functionality to add add-ons to orders created in the dashboard, however in recent versions of that extension it does now allow that to occur.
