Wider Receipt Width

The current settings limit receipt width to 120mm maximum, but we use standard letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches / 215.9mm x 279.4mm), so it leads to a lot of wasted space.

We’d like the option to go to at least 180mm for our receipts.
