Offer add-ons like gift wrapping, special messages or other special options for your products.
WEIGHT parameter for each option
We need to be able to assign a weight to many of the options. This is critical.

Hiya! Thanks for taking the time to write this feature request.
The way things work now, Product Add-Ons are product attributes, not actual products so they don’t have product properties like SKU, weight, dimensions etc.
If you are looking to select a product in each step and have those products contain Weight / SKU info / dimensions, then please do consider using Composite Products instead: https://woocommerce.com/products/composite-products/
