Turkish Character Problem

Hello,
When we use “i” character in a search result, it does not turn the results where there is “İ” char. (capital of “i” in Turkish) For e.g. “İskenderun” and “iskenderun” results are different, the correct results are displayed with “İskenderun”. Could you please solve this issue?
