Extra Fees for WooCommerce

Hi,
I’m selling beverages and I’m using your plugin for collecting the extra fees for the recyclable bottles.

In many cases, my clients preffer to give exchange the new bottles with bottles they already have, instead of paying the fee.

Can you please add an option which, if selected by the client, does not add the product fee in the cart?
