woocommerce app analytics compare month

For some reason the Woocommerce app only allows you to compare a month to the month before. It would be way more logical to compare the period/month with that exact month the year before.
Many companies operate with seasonal sales so the statistics now are not useful.

On the WordPress admin Woocommerce analytics it is possible so I do not see why it can’t be in the app.
