Add “recalculate shipping” shipping setting for when a subscription is updated
Add a setting that would toggle if shipping should be recalculated when a subscription is updated. This would allow the All Products For Subscriptions extension or the WordPress admin panel to add a product to an existing subscription and shipping costs to be recalculated.
This would allow things like free shipping to be applied or removed from subscriptions based on the total.
