Deactive credit card mandatory

No reason to make credit card payment mandatory and not eveybody wants to use stripe for credit card payments. A lot of banks provides its own payment system and putting stripe as mandatory avoid use the plugin for other payments system as PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, etc.

This is a very bad idea.
