WooPayments Support In Saint Lucia (West Indies)

I’m trying to use WooPayments API to allow online payment transactions on my businesses web store. I am based in Saint Lucia (West Indies) and from what I have found out, WooPayments isn’t available in my country. I wanted to petition for my country to be added to the WooPayments service list please. Thanks in advance.
