WooCommerce Subscriptions

WooCommerce Subscriptions recently added “initial payment discount” as a coupon type, but it only supports fixed amounts. All other discount types in WooCommerce have both fixed and percentage options, so this appears to be an inconsistency.
Request: Add an “initial payment discount %” option to match the pattern used by other coupon discount types. This would give merchants flexibility to offer percentage-based discounts on the first subscription payment, just like they can with recurring discounts.
