Enable address autocomplete within WooPayments
We’ve added Address Autocomplete to checkout, making it faster and easier for shoppers to enter their shipping and billing details. When a shopper begins typing their address, suggested results appear automatically — powered by Google’s address lookup service — so they can complete checkout in just a few taps.
This new feature helps merchants reduce friction in the checkout flow, minimize address entry errors, and improve conversion rates. It also brings WooCommerce checkout closer to the streamlined experience shoppers expect from a major e-commerce platform
Activate it
Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → General and toggle “Enable predictive address search” to activate this feature. Once enabled, your checkout will automatically display address suggestions as shoppers type.
