More Control for Local Pickup

Local Pickup on Block Checkout surfaces too soon and becomes the radio button default on the checkout page, even when no one selected it. For folks whizzing by to use Apple or Google Pay, shipping doesn’t get charged. There should be NO shipping selected so they HAVE to make a selection, OR you need to let us add it to a city-based zone, where it only shows up if the shipping address they enter matches the city. There are MANY support requests and bug reports concerning the behavior of Local Pickup. It’s causing a lot of havoc. Let’s change that!
