Grouped Products Quantities

I would like to set predefined quantities needed for grouped products. Ex. I have a grouped product with 1 table top and it requires two bases. Could I, on the back-end require 2 bases be added for every 1 table top the end user adds. Also, if they’re grouped products. Could you have a required checkbox that when quantities are added/adjusted by the end user on the front-end, both individual grouped products quantities adjust? 1-1, etc.
