Sending reports to Google Sheets would be highly beneficial because people/employees/managers would only need to see an up-to-date spreadsheet of the current sales to know who purchased items or not at the event, instead of downloading an app, learning how to use the app, scanning, checking the app, etc.
My client’s organization is run by a bunch of older people who hate tech, especially while running a live event. A spreadsheet is way easier to use than what is offered.

Thanks for the suggestion! I will take a look into whether a Google Sheets integration for sending reports can be done and see what options are available.
