Hi Guys,

This is probably the first of many posts as I get to grips with my late mothers business and website.

We use the Woocommerce plugin on our site to run an online shop, we also have a physical highstreet shop. Becasue of this productsgo in and out of stock very quickly, we also sell a lot of “One Of” items that take a while to come back into stock, and we swap between suppliers often (we currently stock over 80 individual suppliers!)

At the moment our dashboard shows every single product we have had for sale over the past 15 years of running A wordpress site.
We currently draft stock that is now Out Of Stock (OOS) and mark OOS, this means that our dashboard is FULL of old product lisitings and current listings that fit these brackets.
I know that I can filter the OOS/Drafted items but it would be great to have a function to clear this up without manually usuing a search function.

Almost like adding a button like “Archive” that will stop the product showing up on the dashboard or search function.

Is there anyway that this can be changed to help simplify the dashboard a little bit?
