EU €3 charge per HS code – preset request

From 1 July 2026, the EU charges a flat €3 customs duty per distinct HS code (not per item) on parcels valued at or below €150, shipped into the EU from outside it (so if a parcel has 3 products all sharing one HS code, that’s 1 line (€3 total), but 3 products with 3 different HS codes is 3 lines (€9 total)).

I spoke to one of your engineers last week who suggested I put in a feature request for a new preset to cover this – we have all the HS codes programmed in already and we are using your plugin successfully for the US tariffs, we just need something now for the new EU duty charge.
I did see a way to almost do it, but I would have to create one per EU country (as there is no ‘EU’ option in the ‘to’ country option. I think I might then also have had to create one per country per HS code.. with ~27 EU countries and however many HS codes we stock, that’s potentially hundreds of rules to maintain.

Unlike the US tariffs, this EU duty doesn’t vary by country of origin – it’s a flat €3 per tariff line for any shipment from outside the EU into any EU country. So rather than an origin-based rule set, we just need a single “destination = EU” condition.

Hoping this is something you will be able to do as a preset!
