We would like AutomateWoo to include a built-in option or Rule that checks whether the products in an abandoned cart are still available before sending the reminder email.
Example:
A customer adds one or more products to their cart.
The cart becomes abandoned.
Before the reminder is sent, one or more products become Out of Stock or otherwise unavailable for purchase.
AutomateWoo currently still sends the abandoned cart reminder.
This creates a poor customer experience because the customer receives a reminder for a cart that can no longer be purchased as originally saved.
We would like an official built-in option such as:
Skip the abandoned cart reminder if any cart item is no longer purchasable.
Or automatically cancel queued abandoned cart reminders when any cart item becomes unavailable before the workflow runs.
This feature would be especially valuable for stores with limited inventory, high-demand products, or products that frequently sell out.
This would improve customer experience, reduce customer confusion, and help merchants avoid sending reminders for products that customers can no longer purchase.
